 In the recent past ,Rwanda has become a hub of vibrant arts with different artists across the country eager to showcase their artistic works varying from live portraits,abstract arts ,nature and other kinds of arts .This comes without saying that this journey was short of challenges .In the following article we decided to primarily focus on one upcoming artist,Mugisha Regis who is still carving a niche for himself in the Rwandan art world 

Regis Sefara as he is popularly called is a Mass media Student in Mount Kigali University .He is passionate about his art which mostly include drawing with different shades of colors ,anyone who has come across him cant deny the exceptional talent he possesses .He is a true definition of balance from juggling the demanding course to finding time to horne his artistic side but what has it taken him to reach the level at which he is right now ,the challenges ,the good days in the artistic world and what are his aspiration in the near future regarding his art.

Regis first discovered he had a knack for drawing at a tender age of 7 years leading him to a discovery journey ..From drawing stick men to drawing picture perfect individuals ,as he grew up his exceptional talent caught the attention of the prestigious Nyundo School which houses the best of talents with different gifts from singing ,drawing and playing musical instruments where Regis polished his skills under the supervision of reknowned mentors .

Regis who is a believer that good things takes time and practise makes perfect is hopefully to reach global audience through his art in the near future but also feels that they are many talented artists who dont get the needed support to reach their full potential hence many giving up before even they try .Another challenge he addressed was about lack of museums and other related places to showcase the work of different artists which he feels can be rectified by organising arts exhibitions and also people visiting arts museum to boost the morale of the artists .
